1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using mymarks, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
mymarks is a bookmarking service operated by ramlev.dk that lets you save, tag, and organise URLs. We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or use the service on behalf of another person without authorisation.
- One account per person. Automated registration is not permitted.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use mymarks to:
- Store or share illegal content, including links to malware, phishing sites, or content that infringes copyright.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts.
- Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download content without permission.
- Circumvent technical limitations or security measures.
5. Public bookmarks
Bookmarks you mark as public are visible to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines. Do not make bookmarks public if they contain sensitive or private information. You retain ownership of your content; by making it public you grant mymarks a licence to display it as part of the service.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. All your data will be permanently deleted within 7 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
7. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. mymarks is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by EU law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the EU member state in which the service is operated.
