The mymarks extension adds a toolbar button to your browser. Click it on any page to save the URL, edit the title, add tags, and set visibility — all without opening a new tab.

How to install — Chrome

1 Click Add to Chrome above, or visit Chrome extensions.
2 The mymarks icon appears in the toolbar. Click it and enter your mymarks URL and API key to get started.

Bookmarklet

The bookmarklet is a small piece of JavaScript you save as a browser bookmark. Click it on any page and a small popup opens where you can save the URL with tags and a description — no extension install required. It works in any browser that supports bookmarks.

Log in to get your personal bookmarklet install link.
1 Log in and visit the bookmarklet page from your account menu.
2 Drag the + Save to mymarks button to your browser’s bookmarks bar.
3 Navigate to any page and click the bookmarklet to save it.

Can’t see the bookmarks bar? Chrome / Firefox / Edge: Ctrl Shift B — Mac: ⌘ Shift B — Safari: View → Show Favourites Bar.
